What treatments are available for back and neck pain?

Multiple treatment modalities exist, including medications, procedures and surgeries. Dr. Sigler performs a wide variety of injections and other pain procedures for treatment of numerous pain conditions, such as epidural injections, facet joint injections, SI joint injections, radiofrequency ablations (RFA’s), spinal cord stimulation, minimally invasive spine surgeries, etc.

Does Optima Pain Clinic treat migraines and other headaches?

Yes, both Dr. Sigler and Nissa Fisher, ARNP, have extensive experience with treatment of multiple headache conditions, including migraines. Treatments include a wide variety of medications in addition to Botox injections and nerve blocks.

What treatments are available for chronic hip and joint pain?

Many patients continue to have hip and knee pain even after getting a total hip or knee replacement surgery. Other patients either cannot have a joint replacement surgery or do not want that surgery. For all of those patients, Optima Pain Clinic provides the most advanced minimally invasive procedures with effective treatment of hip and knee pain, including radiofrequency ablations, DRG and Spinal Cord Stimulators.

Does Dr. Sigler really tell “bad dad jokes” to his patients?

Yes, he does.  He thinks that he is “so punny”.  Rumor has it that he sometimes sings or plays trivia with the patients too (but only when requested).  His goal is to make clinic and procedure visits more comfortable for the patient... which means that sometimes he DOESN’T tell jokes or sing (for which the nurses are very thankful).
